Data processed

• Your first name and your personal link (the server only keeps a fingerprint of the link, not the link itself).
• Your written answers to the starting questionnaire and your voice recordings.
• Depending on what you choose to write or say: information about your health, your mental well-being or other sensitive topics (in particular the question about the legal framework of your field).
• The date of your consent and the text you accepted.
• In your progress space: the identifiers of your accounts (email address or username) and the password manager you choose to note there, to take you straight to your login pages. Never any password.
• In your progress space (“My photos”): the photos you choose to send and your comment, written or spoken into the microphone (transcribed). Hidden information in the photo (GPS location, device, date taken) is removed on receipt; only the orientation is kept. Only send a photo of another person with their consent.
• Technical security logs of the server, which may contain your IP address. The questionnaire itself records neither your IP address nor your answers in its logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Preparing and providing the coaching you asked for (analysis of your project, positioning proposals, offers, content): pre-contractual measures and contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Any sensitive information: your explicit consent, given by ticking the box before sending (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.
• Server security: AUSOL’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No automated decision is made about you; you are the one who chooses among the proposals.

Recipients and processors

• François Connan (AUSOL), the only person who can read your answers.
• OVH SAS (France): server hosting, in France.
• Anthropic (Claude AI assistant, United States): helps translate your messages and the comments on your photos (never the photos themselves), analyse your answers and prepare proposals and replies, always reviewed by François Connan before sending. This processing is based on your express consent, given at the start (consent box), and takes place within François Connan’s Claude subscription, under Anthropic’s terms.

If you use your own Claude subscription (for example with the “Copy for my Claude” button in your space), you are the one using it, under the Anthropic terms of your subscription. You can switch off, in its settings, the use of your conversations to improve the models, and do not put other people’s data into it.

Your voice recordings are transcribed automatically on our server in France, right after recording, so that you can reread the text (Whisper software installed on our server, with no external service and no Internet access); this text is encrypted like everything else. They are transcribed a second time, more accurately, on François Connan’s computer. Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Security

While you are filling in the questionnaire, your answers and recordings are encrypted on the server with a key derived from your personal link: without this link, they cannot be read. When you send them, they are encrypted with a key whose secret part only François Connan holds, and the working copies are then deleted. Your photos and their comments are encrypted in the same way (key derived from your link) as soon as they arrive; they are then copied to François Connan's computer and deleted from the server. You can remove a photo at any time from your space: it is then deleted everywhere. The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS).

Retention period

• Answers and recordings: for the duration of the coaching, then for at most 3 years after our last exchange. If no coaching follows, they are deleted at the latest 12 months after sending.
• Photos and comments sent from your space: like your answers, during the support and then at most 3 years after our last exchange (at most 12 months if no support follows); deleted immediately if you remove them.
• Questionnaire started but never sent: deleted at the latest 12 months after the link was created.
• Technical security logs: a few weeks.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of processing and its portability, object to the processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to ausolcontact@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use cookies. If the connection drops while you are writing, a backup copy of your answers stays in your browser, on your device only; it is deleted after sending.
